Since our website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Digital Design Templates, PSD Files, and Creative Assets), we do not provide refunds once the product is purchased and access is granted. You acknowledge this prior to purchasing any product on our website.

1. Digital Goods Policy

• No Returns: Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are final.
• Service Description: Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the service description and checked the demo/preview before making a purchase.
• Instant Access: As access to the digital files and premium templates is granted immediately upon payment, the service is considered “consumed” at the point of purchase.

2. Exceptions & Technical Errors

• Double Payment: In case of a double payment or multiple charges for the same product due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Delivery Failure: If you face a technical issue where the download link is not generated or the file is not accessible even after successful payment, and our support team cannot resolve it within 48-72 hours, a refund may be initiated at the company’s discretion.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

Since our products are digital files, they cannot be exchanged or replaced like physical goods. However, if you receive a corrupted file or a wrong file due to a technical error on our part, we will replace it with the correct/functional file at no extra cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase in such cases.
